I’m really happy with this HONGBAKE Nonstick Madeleine Pan! The price was excellent for the quality you get. It feels sturdy, heats evenly, and the nonstick coating works perfectly—my madeleines come out beautifully every time. I’ve been using it for a while now, and it still looks like new. Cleanup is easy, and overall, it’s a great value. Highly recommend!

Non stick madeleine pans
I’ve baked about ten batches of madeleines with these pans, and they’ve turned out great every single time. The size is perfect, and the nonstick coating works really well. Even after I accidentally scratched the pan a bit trying to lift madeleines with a fork, the madeleines still release easily. Really happy with these!

I loved these pans; my Madeline's came out beautifully. Be sure to follow directions on recipe as in grease and flour.

no definition on the bottom
overall, the pans are good. I coated them per the recipe (1 tbsp softened butter, 1.5 tsp flour) and they didn’t stick a bit. Easy to clean. my only issue with these is that the madeleines didn’t hold up the shape on the bottom. I’m not sure what else to try for that. The shape is barely visible. however, they cooked perfectly. For the sake of value these are great, but im still looking for a pan that would produce the authentic shape.

Great pans.
These pans are great. When I told my sister I was making Madeline’s in my new pans she warned me to grease them thoroughly. They came out perfectly. Not one of them stuck! Just remember to always grease your pans thoroughly. Definitely worth the money.
