Worked out great with their bands
These handles combined with their exercise bands are an excellent exercise tool. perfect for travel too.

Like but...
I really like the Lifeline quick change handles but this particular single band handle has a fairly sharpish rim at the bottom of the band slot, (where the band exits), the rest of the slot is nicely rounded. Will see if it affects the bands after prolonged use. I suggest the Chinese manufacturers bevel that inner edge.

Very Good Handle Set
Very good handle set for resistance cables. I have these grips sets up with 50 pound resistance cables anchored into cedar logs in my utility, bath room in a smallish cabin. As you can see from the picture, they don’t take up much room. The secret to mounting cables into handles is stretch cable until it will fit into the slot. Once in, Paul the cable and it settles/locks into place. Grips feel fine. I am pleased with and recommend the product.
