Good tool. Very pleased.
I just received this today and punched down one the supplied Cat 6 keystone jacks to replace a defective one on a wall plate. It worked perfectly. This tool punches down as well as the one I've used at the office for years. For a homeowner doing occasional work I think it's a good choice. I had tried a Krone that was under $10 but the punches were much less secure. The wires weren't fully seated and the tool relies on a gray plastic block that presses down in the center channel of the jack where the wires are so they are crushed as you apply force.

Excellent Choice
The tool works as expected. The additional 5 data jacks and cable stripping tool makes this an excellent choice.

easy home cable management
I tried to make my home rj45 wiring work by using a crimping tool and pass through rj45 connectors. Not a single cable worked correctly.... Until I got this tool and punched down the ends of the wires. Every single cable worked correctly the first time!

workable tool
This puchdown tool worked wonderfully with the few RJ45 jobs that I needed to do. The CAT6 keystone jacks supplied were also clearly marked and worked well even with the stranded cat 6 cable that was previously installed. Not sure how it would work in a commercial/production setting.
