I've been eyeing these for a while but held off because I thought they would be flimsy and tear easily but boy was i WRONG! I love this thing!! Hours and hours of fun for my six year old daughter who rough houses everything!! The cardboard is very thick and does not tear easily...its easy to assemble and its HUGE!! I will say, it was a bit difficult setting it up because the cardboard is so hard but 10/10 purchase!

Our 10-month-old daughter has been using this cardboard castle every day since we assembled it. Initially, I was searching for a baby walker when I realized that this castle had multiple features that could be used as a walking aid. With over 20 locations to grip onto and pull herself up, she uses every wall, window, turret, side panel, and door to strengthen her legs and balance as she learns to walk from one side of the playfence to the other. The castle fits perfectly within a 10-panel Toddleroo gate, providing ample room for her to interact outside of the castle. The castle doors are much larger than we expected as a 200 lb adult can crawl and shimmy through the doors comfortably. While the cardboard is lightweight and the entire structure moves easily, our daughter quickly adapted and uses it as a stabilizer while learning to walk, developing her center of gravity, and hand-eye coordination. So, while this castle doesn't have any tape or velcro to hold it down, and at first we thought that our daughter wouldn't be able to use it to lean against as the whole structure moved around. After a while (15-30 minutes) and a few falls, she became more comfortable with the castle's mobility and can now stand up fine even when it's moving. She enjoyed the challenge. We moved the castle ontop of a thick foam mat (we use Cushmat/Wander & Roam) because we anticipated several falls as our baby learned to stand, walk, and move around. She enjoys playing Peekaboo with us through the small windows, and practicing opening and closing the doors. Our daughter finds it hilarious when we peek through the windows and wave hello. Not only is it amusing, but it also serves as an excellent activity to practice her hand-eye coordination. Through trial and error, she has learned to identify which toys can fit through the windows, and we take turns passing them to each other. Purchasing this castle on sale for $15 has been an incredible value as it has provided numerous learning opportunities and developmental progress. It was $15, so we didn't expect perfect construction and accepted that the floor eventually warped a little with use and the doors dragged against the floor. As long as the quality remains consistent, we would highly recommend it to other families if they have enough space indoors — I believe it's been an entertaining and educational addition to our daughter's playtime. Thanks!

Wasn't sure what to expect. A little bit confusing to set up at first. Instructions a bit small to read. Easy set up once you figure it out. Had some small tears when arrived. Was expecting to get letters to use since the picture advertised the banner to add a name but there were no sticker assembly included. My daughter is 2 and so far she seems to really love it! She enjoys opening and closing the windows and doors. Too Cute! Hopefully it will last a while.

Adorable and for the price I paid ($13 on sale) it is not the end of the world that it was so hard to put together that there is no way it is going to fold nicely back up

I didn’t realize how big it was, takes up a lot of space so glad it folds up. First time it took awhile to put it together but after that it only takes a couple of minutes. I can not get it to fold flat but it folds enough to get it out of the way. My 3 year old granddaughter has a blast playing in it, she loves to go in & out the little doors.
