Good amounts of zinc and magnesium, not upsetting my tummy. Sleep is definitely deeper sleep. Possibily helping with my recovery after workout and long days of manual labour. Easy to swallow, will buy again

This is the second batch that I have ordered. Purchased mostly to help with sleep and gym recovery. Very effective on both fronts.

Needed a good quality Zinc and magnesium, one for the zinc and because of magnesiums ability to help fall asleep, more naturally than most other ways. I’ve tried kinetica brand once before, it’s vitamin D and helped my serum levels, so the quality was good, as its made to high grade sports body standard, hence why I chose these. The only issue is, they’re quite expensive plus needing to take 3 tablets a day, makes these 90 very short term supply. I normally buy individually, but becomes too many capsules to take, thought a combo would be easier, probably go back it though. These are high in quality, but cant justify the cost, £15 per month! Hence low rating

Great supplement

They do the job, they are a good product. But they can stick in your throat without a good swig of water. I prefer the capsules, but got these as my usual brand was out of stock.
