Good quality and versatile tool
This door hinge removal works like a charm. I love how simple and effective this product is. It arrived quickly and undamaged. The product package is simply and nicely designed. The tool is super simple to use and versatile. For example: I used mine for the door hinges and for trimming nails rivet.

Great for first responders
Used it on a 911, patient fell in the bathroom of a Victorian house with no room to move. Hinge pins were rusty, this tool still made short work of removing the door in a non-destructive way. I'm impressed.

Worked most of the time on this older home.
Worked on some hinges, not others. Tip could be longer. It was easy to use, fit in the small bottom hole nicely.

Great idea! Works so much better than I expected
Love this! Never thought about using a spring punch to remove door hinge pins. Life changing! Lol. Makes getting the bottom pin out so much easier than hammering a screwdriver that close to the floor. Now just need to not lose it.

Great tool and great support
Tool works great and is built well. I had a user error issue and support was fantastic in getting me back up and running. They responded fast and helped me even though the issue wasn't strictly covered by the warranty.

Best way to remove door hinge pins
I've had multiple different brands of these. Still the best method to remove hinge pins. Much easier than a hammer and punch. These have held up better than cheaper brands about the spring bending

The tool makes the job easier
Very good for removing the pin, Just watch your angle because the tool can bite back, but been very happy to use, faster then unscrewing from the frame

Machined steel pin is weak to any lateral force and can bend and snap
The HIT Tool Door Hinge Pin tool's pin should really be made of hardened steel and pressed into a socket in the body, but instead the body is one-piece and the pin is machined-down, so any lateral force can bend and snap the pin. Otherwise the construction of fine. Handy for removing female sockets from EC-2/3/5 connector housings on LiPo battery packs.
