This is my 2nd set. I washed the first set in my dishwasher and the coating peeled. They warn you not to. Oops. I like them that much. Sturdy and solid. Cookies bake evenly on parchment paper on pan. Perfect side by side in standard oven. I have the full size cookie sheet too. Good brand.

I have had one of the larger USA sheet pans for years and it has worked very well–no warping. I like this smaller size as there are only two of us and these will fit in my toaster oven. They are very sturdy. Even though the pans are not non-stick, the ridged surface helps to release food. You should not use non-stick spray on them and I would recommend hand washing.

Disappointed. I purchased these as my second USA Pan pans, and used them once, washed once and noticed rust forming at the back. The metal is folded over and creates a small crevice where rust has formed. I’m not even 100% sure it wasn’t already there but I noticed when putting them away after drying in the rack. I’m going to sadly return them. They’re great as far as non stick-ness goes but they’re way too exxy to just rust up like this.
