My new favorite multi
I love this multi! It’s a small capsule so none of that disgusting multi vitamin smell or aftertaste like big hard chalky tablets. It’s a clean safe brand that I trust for many of my supplements. Designs for health, pure encapsulations and Thorne are my other top brands that can be trusted.

Game changer
High quality ingredients and very effective!

Made my joints and muscles ache and a headache
I switched from my methylated B12 and folate multi to this for just 2 days but was hurting in my knees, elbows and leg/hip muscles, had a minor headache and mood was a little off, which is all abnormal for me. I have MTHFR, COMT, VDR, and several other double variants + more single variants and this was recommended. I must have something that doesn't let me metabolize this well because I've had these symptoms when I had serotonin syndrome before. These symptoms are normally associated with too many methyl donors like with my regular multi but I switched back to it and the symptoms went away.

Great vitamin!
Ive been taking these for years, I have MTHFR and I prefer the MF. They are good quality and affordable, seeking health is a brand I can trust!

Not a good one for me!
I took this new multi vitamin for about a week before I figured out this is what was making me feel bad. I became EXTREMELY fatigued after taking it - so much so that I had to lay down and take a nap. This morning I took it without the three of my other usual tried-and-true supplements at the same time (extra C, a vitamin D and a probiotic) and sure enough! it happened again very soon after taking it. I became so tired that I could not keep my eyes open - and that after 8 solid hours of sleep and feeling rested before taking it. I don't know what the problem is with this mutli-vitamin but it is not a good one for me! Of course, looking on Amazon now for refund policy - "no refund available."
