Expensive but worth it!
This product is expensive, but it is well worth the cost. There are no VOCs, application and clean up are easy, and there is no yellowing. It is incredibly durable, and it yields a silky-smooth surface with minimal sanding. I have used it on kitchen cabinets I built and on furniture where durability and water resistance were important, like coffee tables and dining room tables. Great stuff!

Review this product before use as there are 2 other Loba options that may work better for you!
We recently had our floors refinished with Loba WS Easy Finish and they initially looked really good but we have a 80 lb. lab retriever and this finish scratches easily and will wear more quickly than the other 2 urethanes made by Loba. So I did a bunch of research and read a fair amount about these products to gain a better understanding of which product would be the best application for our flooring. Essentially there are 3 products and I rank them good (WS Easy), better (2k Supra) and best (2k Supra AT). WS easy is a 1 component finish while the other 2 are 2 component finishes with the AT having a ceramic infusion. So 2 component urethanes essentially intermix resins with a hardener which causes a reaction that chemically bonds the components together to produce a urethane that is generally superior to 1 component products including better scratch resistance. From what I have learned the 2 component urethanes will last possibly 3-5 years longer than the 1 component urethanes. You pay more for the 2 component products but if you do the math with a longer wear cycle I believe it is probably worth it to pay more upfront. I am saying this because now I will be upgrading to the AT product with the ceramic infused which is considered the most scratch resistant and durable of the 3 products and will hopefully give my flooring a longer period of time before I have to refinish them. The Loba brand is rated highly in the industry so I recommend this brand but just wanted to share more information before you make a final choice on which Loba urethane you feel will work best for your situation. Always research and talk to your flooring experts for additional guidance and support.

Your better off spending a couple of extra bucks and getting Supra 2k AT.
I recently had my floors refinished. My flooring pros used Loba WS Easy Finish and it seems to be subpar. It scratches very easily and it didn't seal my wood floors that well. By day two, it cracked at many of the joints. Now even a spilled glass of water will cause my wood plants to warp because the water goes right into the cracks. I'm really not happy with it. You are better off spending a little extra and getting the Loba Supra 2k AT instead.
