Should have bought sooner!! Yes it’s a cooker but What a great cooker. I’ve just got this cooker was installed today. I heated it for a while because it had a new smell which wasn’t that nice but after half hour it went. I then cooked fish and chips using the air fryer part of the oven it turned out better than my actual air fryer. Cooked perfectly. I would recommend this cooker. Always splash out a little more and get a lot more for your money. It’s true. My last cooker lasted 4 years and the oven went on it. As far as I’m aware the delivery service was fab the guys were great. My landlady took my cooker in and checked it over I checked the cooker over again when I got home and all okay. Looks nice also. It comes with a tray for the grill and 3 shelves in the over as stated in the description. The only issue I have is the feet need or have grips cause it slides around if I pull on the handles too hard to open the doors because of the floor I have it on which is tiled they were already there. I’m sure I can solve that with an anti slip fire rated mat. Looks very stylish in my kitchen. Heats up quickly just great.

I nearly never bought this cooker after reading the reviews but needing a new cooker as I was getting a new kitchen and this one was in my price range, iv now had it for nearly 2 months and iv had no issues hob heats up quickly oven cooks my daughters cakes perfectly easy to use and seems good quality and I'm hoping it'll last us as long as the last one , as I say iv only had it 2 months but so far so good 😊

Ordered this cooker without properly reading the reviews which is out of character for me... The cooker was delivered on time, no issues there but when I unpacked it. It looked like it had been rolled down a flight of stairs. It was in a shocking state considering it's brand new... Badly dented and scratched. Straight onto Amazon customer services who are becoming harder to actually speak to and arranged a return and replacement... If this is the state they are sending out expensive items like this then I have no faith the replacement will be any better. If it isn't, I will be cancelling the order completely and getting a refund... So now, I have a brand new cooker which is useless and a space where my old cooker used to be... I'm gonna be 3 days now without any means of cooking a meal... Shocking service. Amazon are good for most things but white goods certainly isn't one them... Don't waste your time, money and sanity... I should have gone to Another retailer. The wiring looks complicated too... Not a standard connection either so probably gonna have to get an electrician to install it... All in all I wish I hadn't bothered... I will update when the replacement arrives... UPDATE.... New one arrived in perfect condition, thankfully... Once it was wired in we tested it as per manufacturer instruction... (Basically let the oven and grill burn off for half an hour.) I have to be honest I'm really happy with it... It doesn't half belt out some heat... Fingers crossed it gives us a few years of decent service...

No problems what so ever. Installed it myself, set the feet height, wired it in. From unpacking to switching on and doing the first burn in was about half an hour. Packaging was good and solid so no damage to the appliance. Have now used it a few times with no problems. Only mistake I made was trying to grill with the door open but after rereading the instructions you need to keep the door closed (my bad) now all good. Good product. Looks good and value for money.

Bought this as a replacement cooker for the one we had go on us upon arrival soon realised that this although a good cooker soon started to show us that it was going to be a nightmare to install firstly had all the correct cabling and everything to go with it but when wiring it up you had to firstly make sure that the cable would bend and 10mm is not the easiest by any stretch of the imaginationeven if you are quite competent at wiring this is a challenge even when I had someone come out to do it they said it was a bad design although the cooker itself was very good within 15 mins he had it in and up and running which was a bonus and the electrictian didn't charge a rediculous among for the service so all was good when we came to use it we found the hobs are very quick to heat up and cook something just an example done an egg sarnie from turning the hob on to sitting down to eat it not 10 mins had passed so that was excellent to start each hob heats up just as quick and will easyily boil 1.5 LTRs of water in 6 to 7 mins I.e water for boiling potatoes/veg very quick compared to traditional gas which can take 20 mins so have to say quite impressive the job dials go round to no 6 which normally you just get an increasing scale that resembles an arrow they are very smooth and pricise well manufactured the top oven is a traditional which you can use in a number of ways top heat bottom heat or both have used the grill which seems slow but it does cook toast evenly and to a good colour the oven itself can be used if you don't want to use the main which we will come to in a bit it heats up as you would expect temp range from 60 degrees all the way up to 250 degrees and you have the added benefit of a light in there to help with seeing what is going on now for the main oven which is fan assisted this is quite good it does give the heat required but I do have an oven temp gauge and put this in and it does seem to be about 10 degrees out which although not bad is worth the mention as it could be critical if yo need food to cook at a certain temperature but I also have a lava stone which I put in my oven and this helps I use mine to cook pizza and bread which is fantastic but that's on another order which I did back to the cooker, the over all build quality is some what flimsy it does damage very easily so you will need to be careful with it but it is sturdy and will not tip too easy but it does come with the wall anchors should you wish to use them between the 2 ovens you do have 3 shelves which you can place where you want for your style of set-up over all the size of this item is good but if you have a galley kitchen please check the size before hand and make sure it will fit I would say that this is good value for money and probably better than some of the other brands but first impression is that it's going to be a good investment as time goes I will add to this review just to elaborate on how good or bad it is but so far it has a thumbs up from me

This oven heats up quickly and maintains a consistent temperature, resulting in well-cooked pizzas. The rings are positioned quite far back from the front edge. In retrospect, the top oven operates a bit slowly, but it is easy to clean.

I bought this Hisense 60cm electric cooker as a replacement, but it is not nearly as powerful or hot as any other hob I have owned. The main issue is how much heat the hob produces. No matter which setting I use, it simply does not get hot enough. Even on the highest level, it feels like only medium or low heat compared to my previous cooker. It takes a very long time just to boil water. Every meal takes much longer to cook than it used to. I often find that things are only simmering, even when I have it turned up high trying to fry or boil. However, if you do not use the hob very much and mostly rely on the oven for baking or roasting, this works well. The oven itself heats evenly and keeps the temperature steady. It is good for cakes, bread, and roasts. The only weak part is the rings on top. I also had a bad experience with customer service. I reported the problem straight away and waited four weeks for someone to come and look at it, but no one ever arrived. Eventually, it was marked as being collected for repair, but the whole process was very slow and disorganised, and no one was able to help. I have now asked to return it completely, because for the way I cook, doing a lot of frying and boiling, it just does not work properly. It looks smart in stainless steel and fits well into a standard kitchen space. I have seen other reviews saying it heats up quickly, but the one I have is definitely not like that. It really depends what you need it for. It is well priced and looks nice, and the oven works well, but the hob is not good enough. If you are a baker, it is fine. But if you actually cook on the stove, a gas hob is better. I am sending this one back.

A good delivery all as planned, Taking away the old appliance is a bonus, installation straight forward for an electrician, Controls all explained and both ovens have timers. stylish stand alone cooker , excellent.
