It has helped me to remove superficial stains from teeth , do not expect a result that people notice , it is a complement after cleaning and whitening .

It does help to visibly lighten my teeth and reduce coffee stains. After drinking coffee, I rinse well and then use this toothpaste. Is it worth the extra money? I'm not sure. It might be more cost-effective to use a basic toothpaste and whitening strips. But as I don't have time for the strips, this does almost as good a job. And I've gotta brush my teeth anyway, right?

This toothpaste isnโt a โwhitening miracle.โ More dramatic results usually require consistent brushing twice daily over about two weeks. I've been using this for over a month and it is clearly noticeable. Love it!

Effective and not too harsh
It really works by whitening the teeth, removing the yellow stains.. but it doesnt make it white white, only back to the natural colour of the teeth. It's yet not too harsh, as it doesn't cause any sensitive gun u like other whitening products. Can use as normal Toothpaste!
