Love this watch!!
Sure, you can spend A LOT MORE for a watch that tracks your BP, HR and O2. Gives you the weather, plays music, plays your messages, has a stopwatch AND gives you the date and time, but why would you? There are many different options for the face of the watch, change it to your preference. On Sunday, when it didn't automatically change to daylight savings time, and I couldn't figure out how to change it, I reached out to customer service, and they responded right away with easy-to-follow instructions. This is a great little watch!

Great Fitness Tracker Watch
It’s ok value. The watch quality is great as well as the fitness tracker. It’s compatable with my iPhone 16 pro max. Battery life was great until it wasn’t. Very comfortable, wore it every day at work to count my steps. Fitness tracker is great. I did have some issues with the charging pins falling out of the charger itself and the charging spots on the watch rusting but I think that’s because I wore it and sweated and washed in the shower at everything.

Not for active seniors with balance problems
I just wanted something that would tell me my steps and monitor my blood pressure. I wasn't aware that I needed a smartphone to activate it. After several emails with a representative, realized I could not download the app onto my desktop. Bought a smartphone and had my granddaughters set it all up and teach me how to use it. 2 major problems: BP only shows on the smartphone, not the watch. Watch shows heart rate. Major problem for me. I use a walker, the only steps this watch keeps track is when I am not using the walker. This means only in the house where I know where the heavy furniture and countertops. My kids told me that they have that problem when pushing a grocery cart. I imagine the same result will apply to young mothers pushing baby strollers or carriages. Very disappointed.

A Decent Bang for the Buck
So far, so good. I've only used this for a few days, but am pretty impressed! First off, I think they sent a gold colored watch face for my pink band, but it's not that noticeable. I wondered how it could measure BP without pumping up, but apparently there is something new called pulse arrival time (PAT) that measures time and/or strength between a heartbeat and the time it reaches your wrist as a pulse. It's seeming pretty accurate. Same with oxygen and HR. Weather measurement is off. I tried the sleep monitoring one night and that seemed pretty good too. I usually have an 1.5-hr intermission during sleep in the middle (hate it, but that's the way it is). It picked up a 30 min awake time surrounded by light sleep instead. I'm usually watching TV during that time, so I think I was awake. No biggie. I saw that I'm getting the deep sleep required. Steps seemed spot on when going straight continually, maybe not as good when turning around. I haven't tried the different activities' counts, but found when I rode my exercise bike, the watch did not pick it up as steps. I'm older and not great with newer technology, but eventually did sort out most of the app and settings. Tricky for old fingers to get the band on, but I did. Then realized I needed to charge it first and couldn't find any holes. By luck, when maneuvering it, the swinging cable attached itself to the magnets on the back of the watch. LOL. The Q&As here helped me along (thanks, fellow shoppers). I'm still getting the swiping directions down to find things on it. For those who can't find how to change metric to imperial, you do it through the app on your phone. There are three tabs in the app at the bottom of the screen that bring up a host of selections under Home, Device, and Mine. For some things to work, you need to provide permissions. IE, I had to allow access to SMS and WhatsApp to view text messages on the screen. Tiny to read, but neat technology. It throws out Hints if you're trying to set something up, but have not allowed specific permissions yet to do so. Now some of the things it asked permission for seemed out of bounds to me, and I refused. So I probably will never even try to put a picture on my watch, see my email there or phone calls. I did find a more pleasing face dial in their app library than the red/black or striped thing. Lastly, I can't report on longevity, but if it fails anytime soon, I will update. I'm quite pleased right now. 3/19: Still liking the watch, but a couple issues. It can be frustrating to scroll on the watch face. Some swipes don't seem to register. I've found a slow thumb moves the menu best for me to get to the correct area without opening a different one with my swipe. A couple times, the watch face has seemed to change itself- perhaps I did it accidentally. But I've always been able to get the one I want back. I read here that a person put it on a drinking glass and it still read a heart rate, so I tried it. Nope, mine shows blanks. When you first open a previously used function, it will display the last measurement taken, so I wonder if that was the case with the reads that person got.

Display not best for reading in bright sunlight. No timers, has stopwatch. Easy to use.
I compared this with the FITVII, Looki-mini. Both are slim which I liked. The good points about this watch is the words of a text message and the title of emails comes through, meaning the text and titles of emails are not truncated (not so with the Looki-mini, in neither does the email content does not come through). Another difference is the music control also has volume control, which the Looki-mini does not. And, the watch band connection is more universal so more watch bands could be found. What was neg was the Amoled screen is barely bright enough to see in bright sun light vs Looki-mini that can be set to very bright. This slim fitness tracker does not have any timers on it, and I use timers, but it does have a stop watch. And, the activity apps are limited to: yoga, elliptical, running, cycling, basketball, walking and climbing. Also, the length of time the display stays on can not be set and is only about 3 seconds unless if you are fiddling with it. Both connected up easily to my android watch. Both have notifications for messages, messenger, email (gmail), and any notifications you have set up on your phone. There are a variety of watch faces, some more or less cluttered than others, more or less colorful than others. Both watches turn on the display with a rotation of the wrist. Both do great with find my phone noise and vibration. The menus are easy to access on both. Overall I went with the looki-mini and will miss out on the detailed in text messages and complete email titles, but I guess I will get used to that. Although the Looki-mini does not have volume control for media, it does have a pause button.

This device has a great band and ACTUALLY fits women.
I bought my wife a different one prior this one because many of the promos said they fit women. Well they didn't which shows that just because many products have colors preferred by ladies they are just men's watches. And DO NOT get ANY watch where the band excess is on the inside. It can totally block or mess up the sensors. My wife loves this one however. It has more features than the previous one AND the phone app works quite well (unlike my watch that cost 6X more where the app freezes and loses all workout data every time I use the phone app.) BPM, BP, sleep cycles, steps, calories and workouts are enough for her needs. Set up wasn't easy and couldn't get some settings to switch from metric. Fortunately, it is not too difficult converting converting height and weight from centimeters and kilograms to feet and inches and pounds. This is a great watch that actually fits ladies. Excess band is on the outside and doesn't interfere with the readings. I give this one a five because it is a great price, has a stable phone app, has more features and actually fits women.

So disappointed
I was so happy to find a tracker that also measured blood pressure, not many do. What was disappointing was the lack of consistent real time heart rate tracking. I assumed the watch face would show heart rate in real time, but quickly discovered that it only showed the last measurement taken manually. By manually I mean I had to turn the watch on, click on the HR icon, and then wait about 30 seconds for a current reading. That might work for some people, but if you are looking for a tracker that shows your HR in real time when exerting yourself you'll be disappointed. BP readings require the same steps, but that was OK, I don't need a constant update on that. The HR readings were mostly accurate, although one time I was sitting completely relaxed and it registered 95 beats, which seemed way off so I instantly took the measurement again and it showed 64 beats, which seemed about right. The product description states HR 24/7, which I feel is misleading. I dug a little further in the product description and found that it was suppose to update every ten minutes, not great for my needs, but the watch I received didn't even do that. On the upside, the watch is very comfortable to wear and looks nice, and was easy to set up. I found the sleep tracker to be accurate based on my memory of the night, and BP reading seem to be inline with what I know about my BP. It did notify me of a text I received and I was able to read it on the watch face, can't speak to call notification as I didn't receive any calls while I was wearing the tracker. I will be returning this item since real time HR readings are the main reason for wearing a fitness tracker and I know people who have other trackers that offer that function.
