The individual capsules are very small
I think the product itself is good. I use this to compensate for post menopausal dryness in eyes and body tissue. I believe it helps. Occasionally I dropped a few capsules and they rolled all Over unlike the elliptically shaped ones I sometimes get. Otherwise fine
