I started taking this product about 2 months ago and I started feeling better. Better sleep, digestion, mood and my stress level low. I ran out about 3 weeks ago and I certainly felt the difference. Works well for leg cramps and constipation if taken at night but too costly so I may go with another brand of price doesn't come down.

I have suffered with sleep issues most of my life, I’m not exaggerating. I’ve taken melatonin (up to 30 mg a night), valerian root, every sleepy tea on the market, NyQuil, Benadryl… you name it, I’ve tried it. The absolute maximum I’d ever get was 4 hours of restless sleep, and then I’d be wide awake at 2 or 3 a.m., unable to fall back asleep no matter what I did. It was miserable, and it affected every part of my life. I’ve used magnesium in the past, but one type (I can’t remember which) gave me a terribly upset stomach, so I was nervous to try again. Another form worked okay, but I never got the full night of deep rest I desperately needed. Items were well packed & arrived on time! Expiry date of items is in June 2026 which is alrite but would be better with a later expiry date. Price of item would be more attractive if can be made lower. Overall, I would give a 4-star rating!
