This book is ruining my life but has very valuable knowledge
I'm taking pathogenic micro and this is the required material. I appreciate the way that organisms are grouped in terms 9f chapter grouping, but feel that there's a good deal of "fluff" that can sometimes make it difficult to navigate. Micro is hard, but I love it so far, this book has a wealth of knowledge to offer if you're willing to suffer a little bit for it ☺️

The book is great, arrived with a slight tear in the cover but aside from that, mint condition book and very fast shipping. I was disappointed to find out that the price shown isn't converted and doesn't show currency. If conversion isn't made, currency should be specified.

Incomplete tables and difficult navigation
The only reason this book is getting any stars is because my issue is not with the book itself, but the issues with the Kindle E-Book. I am so frustrated because many of the tables (and there are a lot of very useful important tables) are cut off so a lot of information is missing. While you can double-click on most of the tables to see them better, some remain completely blurry and illegible. The glossary is also terribly long so it takes forever to navigate. I would suggest to whoever made the E-Book to use drop-down menus or something in the glossary. For the price of this book I really hope y'all do an update or something.

Pretty decent review of the material. Good book for Infectious diseases trainees. But not if you want to have a specific focus in microbiology
