How big of a sun shade can i connect this to?

This is very sturdy hardware . It secures our 13x20’ canopy with no problem. I believe it is only limited by what you use to anchor to. i.e. wood post, side of house etc.

what are the measurements of the pad eye

We have added a video for you to watch. The pad eye`s pad is a 36mm diamond shape, and the eye size is 20 x 15mm.

Are the anchors suitable for brick?

The anchors would be fine for brick as they are expansion anchors.

Can all 4 anchor pad/bolts be drilled to the roof? Main house 2 corners, detached garage other 2 corners.

I wouldn't recommend anchoring thru shingles on roof, but maybe anchor to the side off roof on drip edge

Complete kit

Easy to install and use. I didn’t use the included screws and anchors for my brick wall , upgraded to tap on at the advice of the local hardware store associate. Other than that this contained everything needed for installing a shade sail

I had to return the sun sail I wanted to put up with this. I had quality problems with the sail. Now I can't use these and they don't accept returns.
