I ordered for a Halloween party it said it wouldn't be here till nov.1 it showed up early and made it in time for the party thanks so much for that much appreciated it works great it really throws out the fog and I was surprised that the smoke liquid last a long time I used it 2 days in a row and it barely used any fluid excellent product I highly recommend it bumped the party up tremendously was a major hit thanks again

I wrote a positive review shortly after purchasing this unit, but now I have changed my mind. WARNING! After only about 10 uses, this unit literally burst into flames during a Karaoke show I was hosting. Thankfully I was near the machine and noticed the flames before the fire spread to nearby combustible material. The club quickly filled with real smoke and the owner was not happy. The machine was sitting flat on a hard surface and full of fog juice. Just after the machine warmed up, I started to release small amounts of fog. With in minutes the machine was on fire.

It doesn't put out a lot of fog and smells a bit burnt, so possibly the heat regulation isn't as good as higher end models. It also needs to be 'primed' a few times before it puts out a decent stream. However, as one of the cheapest models available, it does the job. The remote is also a great addition with a decent range.

The unit I received did not power on. So I opened it up and found a bad solder connection. I resoldered the connection so it would power up. After which the power light came on, it heated up and the signal light lit as if it was ready, I pushed the button on the wired remote and the pump made noise but no fog. Tried a socond time with the same result. I realized it wasn't picking up the fluid. So I opened it up again and the fluid pickup line had a small hole in it and needed to be replaced. I contacted Rockville to see if they would send a replacement, the responce was "I will put in a request to our parts team to determine if we have that part available." Waited over a week with no further responce, finally got sick of waiting and found a suitable replacement myself. Also note that the screws used to hold the unit together are extremely cheap, I'm careful with things and a few of them stripped and would not hold properly after taking the unit apart the first time. After going beyond the point most would to repair a "new" product I was diapointed with the fog output. Fog shoots out 3 feet from the unit at best, which is horrible output. The pump used is not very strong at all. My Chauvet dj h700 pushes fog out 8 to 9 feet. The wireless remote I received was not the same as the one in the product photo, it only has two buttons not four. Not that it matters I suppose they both do the same thing, what's the point. Maybe I'm just one of the unlucky ones but regardless I can tell you, as I've had other brand similar units apart for repairs and Rockville uses inferior components as well as poor assembly and apparently poor quality control. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Check the return policy—it matters. I purchased a used fog machine that failed on arrival, earning it just three stars. These devices contain chemicals and pose fire risks making it a non returnable product-I get that. But when a product's DOA, there should be exception's. I was able to reach out to the seller though. I could've sworn I messaged them once with no reply, then sent another message that sparked a response the very next day. Did my first message vanish into the digital void? Who knows! Maybe I’m just crazy and thought I sent something. The good news? Auto Savings is now working alongside me to make things right.

I purchased this for an event & was very impressed with the ease / quality. It took close to 3 min to warm up & dispersed good amount of smoke. You can use the wireless remote to disperse fog continuously or for 30 seconds. The smoke lasted for good amount of time. The tank capacity is 10 oz & it will last for an hr. I ordered one more refill for the longer use.

We got the base model without the frills. It did come with a wireless remote and that worked perfect. We ran the fog through a homemade chiller and had purchased fog juice for a thicker ground cover. Unfortunately we had a good breeze on the we used it so we had move of a smoky fog than a silky pool of fog. oh well, its 2020. nothing else is in my control, why should the weather cooperate. In short. The machine worked well, it did the job, im happy with the purchase.

High quality product. Very well made and gives great results. Actually is very easy to use and doesn't go through the fog liquid to fast. Gives out a decent amount of smoke and it lasts for a good amount of time. Great price as well.
