Yes. My diamonds were beautiful after using this product

Can i use this on my rose gold set? middle band has a morganite diamond.

The rose gold should be ok. I’m not familiar with morganite. If it is a hard stone it will work. You cannot clean emeralds, amber or pearls.

Can I use this without a machine and just directly on jewelry?

Yes, I soak it a small cup when I'm on the go. Then brush stones with a soft brush. Then rinse! it's absolutely shiny and beautiful. You will get so many compliments on your jewelry when it clean. TRY IT! After sitting in my jewelry box it need to be cleaned. Even everyday costume jewelry will sparkle.

I used this with Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner device, they turned my aged jewelries shiny and new again, in just 5 minutes. What an impressive, efficient, and money-saving way to renew your valuable pieces of jewelries at home without worrying that dishonest jewelers swapping out your diamond or stones out when you send them to the shops for cleaning. I recommend it but you need to be careful what you put in and not ruin your favorite jewelries. Read the instruction entirely before using it.
