I have 2 card rfid scanners attached to one computer and need to tell which card scanner is sending the characters. Can you send link to config utili?

I don't think you can configure the scanner to send a prefix or suffix to identify which reader/scanner is sending the data. If you are on linux you can modify the usbhid utility to give you usb channel information.

How is the 8d value calculated from the uid?

via the format of reader controller or software

Is there linux drivers for this device to act as a serial port? i don't want it to act as a hid keyboard
