Berta Full Overlay, Clip On, Soft Close Concealed, Frameless Cabinet Hinges with Installation Screws (10 Pack))

Good hinge, I used it to replace my old ones.

Bought these to replace some older non-soft-close Blum hinges. The hinge was easy to exchange from existing on cabinet door with same inset and screw pattern. I needed to drill new holes for screws ~5mm behind existing Blum mounting plate holes on the cabinet, as the Berta hinge does not have quite as much adjustability as Blum hinge. Overall pretty good, could probably have been 1:1 exchange depending on how precise original mounting plate was installed. Soft close works. 4/5 stars, points lost not as aesthetic as newest Blum soft close. If I were to do it again, I'd pay double for the Blum hinge to do half the work (I.e. not have to move mounting plate as mine were mounted too far forward in cabinet for Berta hinge to adjust).

They work nicely, but the only complaint I have is the adjusting screw for up and down is VERY hard to turn. The other ones weren't as hard, but still a little stiff. All in all, I'm pleased with them, very quiet, a tad slower than expected (that isn't adjustable), fit well in existing holes, look nice and easy to replace non-soft close ones I had. Also, they are NOT clip-on as described, they came in one piece.

Worked with Ikea Knoxhult kitchen cabinet and wall cabinet hinges WITH modification. The holes on these hinges lined up to ikea holes perfectly, however, I had to drill out the mounting holes on these Berta hinges to 1/4", then just used the same screws that came with ikea hinges. Minimal adjustment needed. Closes like it should now, completely quiet and slow. If you can put together Ikea furniture and have a drill bit set, I'd say you should go for it. Only thing to be mindful is the amount of metal shards produced after drilling out all the hinges. They are sharp so wear eye protection and clean up well. Next project will be figuring out how to make the drawer a soft close...
