Very comfortable. Bought 12 of them for our conference room. They look great and are competitive with $800 chairs for a fraction of the price. Everyone likes them.

I love the chair only because my husband had to improvise in putting it together as a result of the poor and flimsy packaging

This chair is reasonably priced, has great lumbar support, and multiple adjustments to fit the individual body. It is nice looking in addition. I ordered a second one for a friend of mine and recommed it. I previously had an Easy-boy full leather office chair at twice the price and except for being nice looking it had none of the comfort or features as the Genesis.

The chair is comfortable but after using only 6 months- the right arm has cracked and split. Very disappointing.in quality.

Won't tilt backwards, won't turn when seat is in lowest position. The real irritant is that I had to put it together to find out how bad it was and now I have to take it apart to send it back. I should be charging the "professional" assembly fee - along with a disassembly fee for wasting my time.

So far, I am enjoying this chair. I bought the "Hamilton" version in tan/brown. I was a little skeptical at first due to the mixed reviews around initial packaging damage but mine came through A-OK. Only a few scrapes and a small tear in the box, but everything inside was fine. Assembly went pretty easy, with the only questionable parts being the arm-rests. They are plastic, bolted into the sides of the backrest and seat. I'm not sure how well they do with larger people, I'm only 165 lbs. and it holds up quite well. I've put a few hundred hours of seat time on the chair and it is holding up quite well. I do wish the material would 'breathe' but since it's a leather substitute I'm not too surprised it doesn't. Overall, great value for the price, no complaints, assembly went well, good product quality.

I love this chair! At first I received a chair that was slightly defective. I replaced it through Amazon, the new chair was shipped two days later and didn't have a single issue! Very comfortable.
