I bought this to strain herbs that I pick from outside for oil infusion. I love how fine the mesh is so that it easily filters out little chunks or hairs from mullein. It’s bigger than I thought it was going to be but that just makes it more useful.

Great product

Has a double layer of mesh. Makes it difficult to strain. It would be used to strain something watery. I bought it to strain kefir grains but was not successful. Would not recommend for oily substances , purées, salsas or such.

Fell apart after 5 uses.

I make medicinal vinegars infused with lemon, oranges, garlic, peppers, spices and much more. I needed a very fine strainer for the sediment that collects at the bottom of the jar. This strainer work very, very well. It is easy to use, and easy to clean. I highly recommend this strainer.

Worked a few times and the mesh top part broke off

We exclusively use this for straining mocha pot coffee to prevent bits in the mug, which works perfectly for that. No melting and only minor discoloration, which is to be expected. Couldn't reasonably ask for better.

Love using this for my Bon Soy which sometimes gets little bits of sediment. Normal strainers just don't work however this gets every tiny piece so that the milk is perfectly clear.

Nothing wrong with this. Good price. The straining material is very nice. Easy to clean.
