Great stuff, color is beautiful. Used it on the wrong door as I did not check first and was rocking away. But it still came out beautiful.

Wanted this subtle color for end table and could not find it at my usual suppliers. Wished for a smaller can as did not need much. Used foam brush then wiped off to let subtle grain of the baltic Burch read thru. Sanded to 220 before applying. True color representation.

The product is fine. My only issue is one of the cans leaked. There wasn't anything else in the box (besides the other can of stain), but it did leak out of the box a little bit. No damage on my end but in the future, it would be nice if they could put the product in a bag to protect the delivery person's clothing and vehicle, and potentionally other customers' packages.

I provided photos of the test wood I used. I dipped a corner of a paper towel into the stain, and then applied it to the bottom right corner. Then, instead of wiping away the excess, I tried to spread it as far as it would go. The first photo, the lighter one, is pretty impressive coverage. Obviously, if I was actually staining something, I would apply more stain to the lighter areas. The other photo is the second coat, applied the same way. My conclusion is that a second coat really doesn't change anything it it's applied adequately the first time. I also think the stain looks exceptionally nice. I almost didn't buy this stain for two reasons. One was because it came in a can. I use it for hobby purposes, and one can will last a long time. Well, the stain will last a long time. I don't think the can will, and that's kind of a problem. The other reason is because it's oil based. I'm kind of clumsy, so I prefer using something that doesn't create a catastrophe if I accidentally spill it. I am, however, disappointed at the color. That's called "barn red". It seems more like a light cherry.

Works well, beautiful color

I know different woods will take a stain differently, but putting this stuff (Light Walnut) on pine, it turned it pumpkin orange and now even trying to put something darker over it, still orange. Just be aware of this.

They are good for new surfaces. If your staining on old surface, sand out the old varnish completely otherwise you'll get a synthetic paint like grey.
