Can I use my own purchased nipples or which disposable ones work for these?

You have to use your own nipples for these, they come without nipples. I use the Dr.Browns narrow bottle nipples and collar with these Similac bottles.

Can these bottles be refrigerated? If so for how long? Formula would be placed in a separate recepient.

I do not refrigerate this item. It's Only 2 oz per bottle so once you open use it. Now I do know once it’s opened you must refrigerate, however I’ve never had to do that because I use the 2oz.

Can I take on airplane pass security check?

I was able to, Yes, cause they are under the 100 ml restrictions
