Just got it and had to try it right away! Verdict is: I LOVE IT!! Finally gives me those spiral that I've been trying over and over with my old iron. Perfect exactly what I wanted. Heats up really fast, adjustable temp. setting, ceramic barrel, cool grip top, and little kick stand!!! Would recommend to friends.

Works great. I prefer the irons with the little clip to hold the ends of your hair in versus trying to wrap hair with your hand/fingers.

I did't realize that the clip only went down to the nub of the handle. So it just sits there unused. I went out and bought another one at the store. It works ok, it just won't hold my hair enough to curl it.

Small enough to travel with. Lightweight. (Almost felt too cheap, but it works!) Heats up VERY fast. Cools down VERY fast. I don't really understand why it's tapered in size. My curls end up looking funny. Perhaps I need to do some research and see if I'm missing something with this style curler?

I have been so pleased and impressed with this curling iron...UNTIL A WEEK AGO...Initially a 5 star product and now a 1-star. I received it in July, used for the first time about a week after receiving, and have used it 2-4 x per week since then- and not even for a whole head of hair. A week ago it seemed like it wasn't curling as well and I was having to re-curl each piece and those curls were LIMP- not great like before. It has continued this all week and isn't hardly curling, even at 400 degrees. For the light duty use it has been given, this is disappointing, when I've had curling irons for YEARS. I also see now that it is no longer available. I would like a refund.

Loved this wand. I have long fine hair so I needed a wand with a clip. This product is great. I love how easy it is to use and how it is well built.

I don't know what's wrong with the one I received, but it keeps turning off while I'm using it and then it's hard to get it to turn back on. I had one in this brand before that worked great.

If you want a curling iron for spiral curls, this is the one. I've searched for weeks for one that had a clip to hold my hair. This is it. No need for a heat resistant glove either.
