I got this to put my laptop on to help elevate it a little bit on my desk. And it's a great laptop lap desk but also works well on a desk I just put a book behind it to keep it from sliding off my desk and to keep it elevated the way I want and it works wonderfully the wrist rest is ergonomic and really makes sense for putting your arms on it and being able to rest and type when you work at a desk for 7 or 8 hours a day. The mouse pad is more than big enough for a mouse I love it I think it's a great lap desk and I use it as an extension of my actual desk. The material is nice the wrist rest has a soft feel to it and it's covered in material the mouse pad as well as a soft feel the wrist rest goes all the way across to the mouse pads of your mouth won't slide off when you're using it. The two pieces on the bottom of the tray or like bean bags the back one's a little bigger than the front one so that if you were to sit you're able to put it on your lap and have it where you need it or if you were to be sitting at a desk it'll give you enough elevation to just have it tilted up a little more so you can use your laptop like you would a computer. Was really easy to use came straight out the box ready to go with no problem. The surface is a durable plastic and the mouse pad in the wrist rest and the under part are covered in cloth to make it comfortable for use of a long period. Real great value for the money.

This large lap desk turned out to be exactly what I needed for working comfortably away from a traditional desk. The large size is genuinely roomy and fits my 17-inch laptop perfectly with space to spare. I work from different spots around my home and needed something stable enough for a full-size laptop without feeling cramped. I chose the large version specifically for the 17-inch sizing, and it works exactly as hoped. The surface area is generous — my 17-inch laptop sits securely without hanging over the edges. The cushioning underneath is comfortable on my legs, even when I use it for longer periods. The built-in wrist rest adds a nice touch of support during typing. The mouse pad and phone slot are convenient and help keep everything in one place while working. It feels sturdy and balanced on the lap, whether I’m sitting on the couch or working from bed. THIS is absolutely a life saver for me! I work from home and prefer to sit casually in my living room. With the ability to have virtual backgrounds in meetings, I'm not required to sit in my home office at a desk. Being able to sit in my recliner (with the TV on) is SO wonderful. This laptop desk is perfect and I could not live without it. It has a wonderful amount of workspace, a built in mousepad and a little slot at the top to hold my phone (or pencils/pens). The bottom is made of two rows of a beanbag material that are gentle on my legs. There's even enough room on the table portion that I can rest my elbows on it during meetings or a real desk! The top is a nice grey, faux wood that is grey in color. It has a nifty canvas handle at the top to carry it. I searched closely to find something that would satisfy my needs and this far surpassed my expectations! This company knows exactly what the remote employee needs to be successful and comfortable. I wish I would've bought this sooner. It isn't anything fancy, or surprising. It's literally a small desk for your lap. If that's what you are looking for, this is the right choice. My use is with a 15 " laptop, which it has more than enough room for. I would think it would fit a much larger laptop. The main "board" seems to be of high quality. The whole piece seems sturdy and of high quality after a few months of use. And, the padding/bean bag like padding underneath provides a stable and comfortable base. The only slight downside would be maybe a slightly wider mouse pad, but it really isn't an issue, I'm just nitpicking. Great purchase for longer study sessions.

Very sturdy and comfortable. I use it with my 18” laptop. I have a mouse pad and mouse I use instead of the one provided. It’s light, stability is very good, and the surface is nice as well. A couple of things I would suggest is to have a plastic rail on the back to be able to prop up the laptop for better airflow, also have an option for one without the mouse pad would be nice.

I don't even have a desktop PC anymore, only laptop. I love my laptop, but it's not new, and the touchpad has lately been a little squirrelly. I really love this particular laptop, and I am loathe to replace it, so I bought a bluetooth mouse to solve the problem. However, this meant that I needed somewhere to operate said mouse when I am using my laptop on the sofa or in bed. I was using an old high school yearbook, but keeping the damn thing level on a soft surface so the mouse didn't slide off when I didn't have my hand on it was a beeyotch. I needed a better option. Enter this lapdesk! I shopped several styles before opting for this one, and it is PERFECT. There is plenty of room for my 15" laptop with ample space to use the mousepad on the side. The pad is on the right - idk if they offer a lefty option, but I'm a righty, so I don't need that. There's even a little slot where I can set my phone so that when notifications pop up while I'm on my laptop, it's right in my line of vision and I don't miss them. Pads on the underside offer comfort as well as just the right amount of lift and ever so slight angle (wrist comfortable), and the pad at the bottom desk topside surface keeps the equipment from sliding off into your lap as well as offers wrist support, and I have NEVER BEFORE NOW enjoyed a wrist support pad when typing, but this is so comfortable! I love this thing. Seems sturdy and well made and likely to last. Definitely recommend.
