If her 2002 tour really was her last--and after being "an evil frickin' diva for 40 frickin' years," as she puts it, she just might mean it--Cher has definitely left us something to remember her by. In the course of this 92-minute concert (plus loads of extra features), she wears enough different costumes and wigs to outfit a small (if rather odd) town, surrounds herself with dancers and acrobats galore, shows clips from her old TV series, and even plays all the roles in a delightful mini-version of West Side Story (one of the extras). Oh, and she sings too, covering everything from the Sonny & Cher years to her early solo career and her renaissance as a disco diva via "Believe." Bottom line: The Farewell Tour is a dynamic, sometimes silly, always entertaining show. Cher has been a Super Star for many years now,.. both in Concert shows, and as an Academy Award winning actress in movies. While you are in desertcart,.. check out some great movies that she has has starred in. She just keeps on going and never disappoints. Cher,.. Don't ever stop. Review: Cher Concert at Home for Moms Birthday! - We did a Concert at Home for my dear Mom for her birthday this July of 2020 because of the Covid and she loved everything about it. And although this DVD is several years older, a 2002, it still was super entertaining to watch and sing a long to. My mom danced and sang to Chers hit music and awed at all her dress changes. Cher definitely knows how to make the crowd go wild. I bought the 2020 concert shirt on eBay and made a lanyard from stock photos from Google to complete the look, and bam! Mom had a VIP Concert of Cher! If you love Cher, you need to add this DVD to your collection. A+++++

A Wonderful Night of Entertainment
Cher's DVD of "The Farewell Tour" was excellent. I recently purchased this through Amazon. Amazon never fails to deliver right on time with outstanding quality products. If you want to be entertained,.. buy this DVD. The Girl has it all....She sings, dances,..she's funny,.. and has great stage presence. Cher Concert at Home for Moms Birthday!

This review is more for the seller. They rated the disc as GOOD and would arrive in 7-10 days. It came in 4 days and looked brand new near mint condition .

I WAS SOMEWHAT INDIFFERENT TO CHER'S MUSIC DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE GENERAL TYPE OF MUSIC I LISTEN TO IS PINK FLOYD, BAD COMPANY, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, AND THE LIKE, BUT, I AM ALWAYS VERY OPEN TO ALL MUSIC, IN FACT I LOVE SHAINA TWAIN QUITE A BIT, AND THEY WERE PRE-TEENS WHEN SHE WAS ON TOP OF THE MUSIC WORLD, BUT DUE TO THE FACT THAT SHE WAS AN ICON, YOU'VE GOT TO GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE, SO I FIGURED THERE MUST BE SOMETHING TO HER, MY WIFE LOVES CHER, SO I THOUGHT I WOULD TAKE HER TO A NICE CHER CONCERT, WELL I'LL TELL YOU WHAT, IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC ! I'M A FORMER NATIONAL TOURING GUITARIST AND ATTENDED MUSIC COLLEGE AND HER GUITARIST WAS LOUD AND PROUD, HE WAS GREAT ! BUT WHAT OF CHER ? I WILL INDEED REPEAT, FANTASTIC ! "Cher's Best Ever"
This is a dynamic DVD. Everything that Cher does is just Cher! She is beautiful in her costumes. Her songs are the ones that we have loved for years. The entire casting is special and I know if you like Cher as she appeared on TV., you are going to love this DVD. It truly is a collector's item. I purchased three: one for myself and two for gifts and the two gift recepients absolutely love this.

The BEST Cher concert on DVD!!
This was an amazing tour compared to the other ones on DVD! The show was awesome and there's lots of special behind-the-scenes footage. I loved every minute of this DVD! Cher is an icon that NEVER ages!! She's so beautiful and she performs like she's in her 20's!! I don't know how she does it!! This was WORTH EVERY PENNY!!
