Generally I do not give reviews on my purchase but I want to give review on this after purchase of 1.3 years of usage .Actually I have searched many products on internet and finally purchased this . In this Budget Price range , This product is too good as these CCTV IP cameras are having high quality resolution, Superb night coloured Vision along with having audio recording also available . Great Part is that these IP cameras have superb hidden motion SENSOR detective feature which enables automatically 2 flash lights gets ON in camera when it detects abrupt / doubtful sourroundings activity it identifies and also if its surroundings light gets dark , then sensor would sense it and automatically IP cameras light gets increase with respect to the surroundings dark ness . ( it is very useful in case theft happens during night times ), Really No other cameras have this kind of feature in this price range and if needed, we have to spend atleast 60k above for this kind of feature in other companies. ) . Actually we fit these into our petrol pump and its video capturing clearly the vehicles number plates with 5 MP IP cameras even night time as well . One more great thing is that installation of this NVR is very easy like plug and paly and no need of local engineer if we have basic knowledge on computer.Initially I doubtful on their customer support as they are proving through Whats up number but they are almost all times available in working hours and provided technical support to us whenever we require or contacted their customer support number through whats up . In span of 1.3 years of usage , they have replaced 3 IP cameras and along with NVR with internal HDD also whenever had the issue with these . I doubtful whether this kind of replacement could we get from LG , SONY etc after 1.3 years of usage ? .But Some times they may take 1 or 2 days delay to respond to our query or to resolve the issue in case if we try to contact in weekends or non working hours but it is acceptable . Once they come into online or touch with us , they would entirely take care technical support or replacement of faulty devices or couriering the new devices in place of faulty devices - end to end till its get to resolved.

Cat 6 cable was very low quality. I threw it away and purchased dlink cat6. PoE switch within 10days of installation stopped working. Asked them for replacement . lets see how durable it will be or i have to buy a good PoE box. My whole purpose of buying is wasted as as i went to my native place after installation and within 2days it stopped working. Good learning for me...New update on 11 april 2025 -They replaced me with new PoE and it last only 3 days and same story. Now i have asked to replace.Requsting seller to refund the product.

I am from Kerala.I bought the 8 Channel NVR, POE, 8 qty 5MP Colour vision bullet IP cameras, 2TB Harddisk & 1 full roll of CAT6 cable from DeckLink. Received all the items in a good package. Called local CCTV people for fixing the cameras. They charged me ₹4,000 for installation & setting.Installation was very easy with just plug in. Pictures were very clear. Overall I am very happy with the product and it's performance after a month of installation. I want to highlight that Mr. Aman, DeckLink service support personal was very friendly and cooperative.After a week of installation, I bought a wifi PTZ outdoor DeckLink camera, which was set in the 9th empty channel TV slot. Mr. Aman helped me to set the wifi camera to the 9th empty channel through the phone.Now with 8 bullet IP cameras & wifi PTZ colour camera; my CCTV system looks amazing.Overall, I am very happy with the DeckLink CCTV System and their support services. I would recommend DeckLink CCTV System to people who look for a better configuration system at a very reasonable price.Thanks DeckLink and Mr. Aman...👍👍👍
