There's not much too it but the metal is light and with a sharp point, so it does exactly what its meant to. No complaints.

Bought this as I had a lump under the skin that remained despite exfoliation and other treatments. I used this lance so that I could extract it. Really good, far better than a sewing needle or something. Barely felt anything and due to the sharpness and small incision, it healed up no fuss and I have no scaring. Nice quality packaging too, so you can store it for future use. Good value product.

This. This is it. If you've ever bought a generic black case/kit of pimple popping tools, you'll know the lanclet isn't actually sharp enough to do anything straight out of the box. This one IS. This will CUT YOU if you're not careful, and that's exactly what I needed. Blackheads + milia come out quite easily, and it only leaves a very small puncture wound which heals without scarring. As with all things sharp, it dulls over time. For me it started to look kind of tilted at the top and that's when I knew it was time for a new one. But for the price, this is very worth it imo. This was my second time buying and it lasted me months while still being sharp. 10/10!

Durch die Schärfe ist die Anwendung deutlich einfacher als mit stumpferen Werkzeugen. Gleichzeitig sollte man hier vorsichtig sein, da man sich schnell verletzen kann, wenn man nicht sauber und kontrolliert arbeitet. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die Größe. Das Werkzeug fällt eher kompakt aus, was die Handhabung je nach Anwendung etwas schwieriger machen kann, besonders wenn man mehr Kontrolle oder einen besseren Griff benötigt. Positiv ist auch, dass sich das Material gut reinigen und desinfizieren lässt, was bei solchen Anwendungen wichtig ist. Fazit: Sehr präzises und effektives Werkzeug mit guter Verarbeitung. Ideal für gezielte Anwendungen, aber nichts für unvorsichtigen Einsatz.
