Amazing quality seeds for growing the perfectly healthy and abundantly producing edamame plants at home. The germination rate of this product is extremely high and you get bright green looking edamame pods that are all plump and of overall large size too. The Midori Giant variety sure holds up to it's name! Planting these seeds are extremely easy. I literally just took them out of the packet that was shipped, put the seeds in some small pots with basic potting soil, then transplanted them into raised beds once they sprouted.

ALL of my seeds I planted rotted in my mini greenhouse trays. No other seed varieties of seeds have ever done that in these trays. The smell was atrocious. Just horrific. I have a few of these seeds left but I’m afraid to try the rest since I think I have an old pack.

Germination 7 out of 9. Started in small pots and transplanted. Grew well. Darn rabbits raided many/most/all of the plants before they could mature. Would buy again. Wish edamame seeds were easier to find in general.

I had a problem with the first batch of seed not sprouting well, but they were quickly replaced with new packs of seed which are doing much better. I ordered 5 packs as you get a good price break and I wanted to be able to plant throughout the summer to have a continuing supply of edamame. I commend the vendor for responding quickly and solving my problem. If you are interested in growing you own edamame, I recommend you give these guys a try.

I will definitely buy these again! Kept about 20-30 seeds to plant next year but if no luck, I will buy from them again! Very sweet beans and my family loved them!
