Perfect for stiff dough
Great tool for cutting butter into flour and mixing stiff dough! Very sturdy, easy to use and shortened the time needed to combine ingredients. I usually have a more difficult time cutting in butter using standard pastry tool. This tool works better for me. I was able to get the butter down to pea sized crumbs with reasonable effort. Keep in mind, I do grate my butter into the flour to start. Hand wash immediately after use and you won’t have a problem keeping it clean in the nooks and crannies.

This is awesome!
I’d never heard of them so I ordered one to check it out. And there are times a hand mixer is too noisy. Price was ok as far as I was concerned. So why not. Well. This thing is great! It works through chip cookie dough. You know how thick that is! I love it and I’m glad I took a chance on it.

Nice tool for mixing sourdough. That is why I bought it, but that does not mean I would not use it for other things too. So far so good. I like the wood handle. I will update if it fails in what I deem is a fair timeline for what I payed for it. We must be fair to our manufacturers and give them a fair and balanced chance, and always provide fair reviews.

THis is a Marvelous whisk!!!
I had NO idea how much better this style whisk would be from the usual wire whisk I have been using. It's absolutely wonderful in mixing together flours and spices, granola, etc.:)
