Firstly, I cannot recommend heating patches enough for when you are sore or having cramps but still need to be active and go about your life and for traveling. They lay unnoticeably under your clothes and provide pain relief for hours without needing to be with an outlet, have access to batteries, or have a bulky water bottle. The simplicity of them is genius.Secondly, is no other heating patch on the market that works as well as Thermacare's - and I've tried them all. They work the longest and provide the best heat while not shifting due to friction or movement.I love the menstrual ones but I like their neck and back ones for other types of pain - and the difference in design is actually noticeable it's not just the same patches with different sizes and shapes, they're suited to the pain types.

This an excellent product that helps with pain from a menstrual cycle. This product is great for the days that you have to get up and keep moving even through the pain. Easy application, just the right size and design for a good fit. Just the right temperature to help with pain relief throughout the day. I love it for the days that the pain is just an inconvenience and the smooth heat just melts away the pain and lets me move about my day without being bothered by my period.

Been using these heating pads for years and they’ve always done the trick for me. I tend to suffer from horrible cramps while on my period. They get hot right away and I mean right away. You can literally feel the heat of the pads through any material. That includes jeans. They’re comfortable enough to the point that I forget I’m even using one unless I start rubbing my lower stomach and then feel the heat. The only downside is that they’re not sticky enough to STAY stuck on undergarments. Other than that, these do stay very warm and relieve pain for the 8 hours as stated on the packaging.

The instructions say not to put it directly on your skin but on your underwear. Now, it does warm up and you do feel it. Is it super hot or even really warm no but it is warm? Yes. It’s helped me with my period so it works decent enough for me.

These are great! Don’t know what I’d do without them. I hardly see them in stores anymore, so I’ve just get them auto-shipped every month. Just stick them to my pants and they last alllll day. Sometimes I’ll get a dud that won’t heat up, which is disappointing but still better than external heating pads.

I was skeptical about them. I used one and noticed how well they helped my cramps. I recommend these.

Don't buy! unless you enjoy wishing and wondering. I suggest you look for another option. Yep I opened one this afternoon and pilastered to by abdomen, wait 30 minutes then 60 minutes…nothing but body temperature. I felt zero heat. I’ve used the hand and feet warmers and they do work, you will feel the heat but these…no go! zilch, nada! They going back…

These are great for anyone who suffers of any type of cramp whether menstrual or gas and needs relief. Easy to use , not bulky. A must have.
