Never going back
I can say without hesitation that Maya Kaimal Curry Sauces are now my go-to curry sauces. Their flavors are wonderful and delicate in how they blend the ingredients and spices. I love curries and for the longest time I could only find Patak's or Tasty Bite for Indian curries...then Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods gave me the opportunity for Maya Kaimal. I am not going back. These truly remind me of authentic Indian curries that I love.

Kashmiri Curry tastes like restaurant biryani flavor. Good!
This Amazon page covers reviews for all the Maya Kaimal flavors but reviewers sometimes don’t mention the flavor they’re reviewing. So far I’ve only tried the Kashmiri which we like a lot. It is only a little spicy, like mild in a restaurant, and tastes very similar to the Indian dish Biryani vegetables/chicken/whatever. One jar flavors about enough food for 2 although if you like it very intense it’s possible you’d want more. We have an inexpensive Chinese restaurant close by. We order cheap steamed vegetables to take home, add rice and the Kashmiri sauce and quickly heat through with sauce. Still turns out cheap.

Excellent and spicy for most meals.
When my partner picks up food from the local Indian Restaurant, which is very good, I use this sauce instead of the restaurant's sauce, ouch! It is a bit spicier than the "mild" label and that is perfect for me. Really nice blend of spices for great flavor. Very rich sauce. I only use about a quarter cup for my meal. I use it for various meals to add a bit of kick, even an Italian meal with tomato sauce. It has chunkiness from some of the spices like onions. It's a bit expensive, but I use it for about 4 or 5 meals, so not too bad.

Delicious and Convenient — Great Indian Flavor!
I love Indian food, and this masala Maya Kaimal Tikka is excellent! The flavor is authentic and delicious, it lasts a long time in the fridge, and it’s very easy to prepare. Perfect for quick and tasty meals at home. Highly recommended!
