I bought this to put on a hat for work (the school district I work for is the Tigers) and it looks great. However, I specifically purchased this because it's an IRON ON patch. It turned out to be fairly difficult to iron on this hat. I managed, but it wasn't easy. It would be nice if there were instructions to accompany this for an old man trying to do it myself. So I'm giving this 4 stars due to the difficulty adhering it to the hat and the lack of instructions. We'll see how it goes over tomorrow at work, maybe I'll get a matching patch for my work jacket.
