Just plugged into my 2021 triumph tiger 850 sport…nothing happened. no voltage shown, was not showing a charge from either port. ideas?

Have you tried checking that there is voltage in the port itself with a multimeter. If there is voltage there then I'd say that the Fast Charger is faulty an not the bike.
