HHIP 8600-0043 25 Piece 1-13mm Metric Transfer Punch Set

These punches are fantastic. I ordered this set so I could drill steam holes in a set of cast iron cylinder heads to pit them on a SBC 400 and needed precise size and centering. The kit is high quality and it has a metal organizer. Exactly what I needed.

I bought these mostly for pen making (and disassembly). They're like any standard set of transfer punches. Even for pen making these are very handing for removing parts. Would buy again.

The set works well, the one I received however had a 1/8 inch punch missing.. not a big deal for me though.

Very complet set

Nice punch set. Good to have on hand when you need to transfer center marks between holes. Stop guessing, spend the money, the project is worth it.

The punches are fine and perform as expected in the few tests I've tried today. The storage rack, however, is cheaply and carelessly made. I had to beat it into shape with a hammer and apply some torque with pliers get it to sit flat on my bench where I store them. I'd probably give the punches a 5-star rating were it not for the shoddy construction of the rack. It does not inspire confidence.

Good quality and exactly what I was expecting. FYI. The strike end of the punch is a little malleable, so you would need to use a copper hammer

I like the value of these. I got a set for my job at work and like them quite a bit. So, I had to get another set for my home shop. If these are used as intended, as transfer punches, they should last and hold up just fine. If you want to use them as a center punch, then good luck to ya. They might endure, they might not. Probably not, but most transfer punches won't. I don't think you could pay less for a better set. But you could certainly pay more for an inferior set.

One of those tools that when you need are super handy to have. Previously I had just been making one on my lathe when needed but for the price and quality makes way more sense to buy these

Tip isn't centered on the smaller diameter punches, which pretty much defeats the purpose of owning so many intervals. Expect off-centered drill holes, can't use for the precision I needed.
