If the watch fell in hot water and won't turn on is there a way to fix this?

I'm afraid not, but try this, open up the back and set it out to completely dry. Maybe run a gentle fan on it. After you are completely sure its dry, put the cover back on and try it again. The manufacturer says it's "water resistant" but does not recommend submerging. If completely drying it out doesn't work, I would get another. Hope this helps.
