The bottom holder of the burner was dismantled, requested return the seller still not replying. Will file for claim The lights are so irritating you can’t turn it off

The temperature 320 c is not enough to heat the oud chips, or even the arabic gum and even any perfume powder. It definately needs a temperature above 500 c. Its becoming useless with me.
