Personalmente no tengo el manual, pero al conectar a la PC no tuve ningún problema al reconocer mis tarjetas que indica en el detalle del producto. Lo que pude identificar es que las tablets y teléfonos móviles no son compatibles

My other rfid system reads a fob as 23419200 from multiple sources. this reader reads the same fob as 0015354624. why is that?

depending on your system you are using you may need to purchase a different reader. You can also set the system to read from a door then present the fob to that reader and see if you get the same results.

Will this unlock my computer

Yes if you use a 4100 rfid chip it will output it as plaintext, works on my PC
