Poor quality of strap and its adhesive .
I was tempted by the rich dial face and hue of strap.The 4th time I wore it , the watch slid off , strap had come loose from both ends and detached .There are no service centers for nine west watches and getting the strap with same specifications is difficult .very disappointing experience .

Didn't work when it arrived - needed a new battery
The watch arrived and it didn't work. I don't know if it just doesn't work, or if it will require me to purchase a new battery.** Update ... I had a new battery installed today and it is now working. Perhaps the watch had been sitting in an Amazon warehouse for a few years and the battery went dead while waiting for a purchase.
