My favorite and go to powdered whole milk. Taste great, dissolves easily, has a long shelf life, great quality milk and does well in baking. Highly recommended

Honestly, this is delicious and full of good stuff. It's real milk....my propensity for lactose sensitivity kicked in big time. Worth it though. I was surprised how tasty it is. Use as directed.

I must say that I never liked milk but if all its derivatives and this milk from the Nestlé brand I love it, I have bought it 2 times and its flavor is exquisite, it dissolves very easily, for me it has a 10 out of 10

I was expecting it to be already sweet where I didn’t have to put sugar. Does anyone know if there’s one that’s already sweet I don’t need to add sugar.

LOVE this stuff!!!! I put it in everything that calls for milk (except making ice cream). I am no longer wasting money on store milk. It mixes well. I add this powder to all dishes that call for milk. The only time there is a problem is adding the powder directly to warm liquids, so I reconstitute is first. The water needs to be room temperature. If you're planning to drink it as regular milk, I found it's helpful to put it in the fridge for 30-60 min. before drinking to get it to emulsify. We don't normally drink warm milk anyway unless it's with cocoa then I use a different milk. Use filtered water if you have it. Tap water in some places doesn't help the taste. I have no problem with shelf life. I have it on subscription.

Edit: just wanted to add that I used this today to froth. I had needed to make up a little milk for use in a cookie recipe. I only needed 2 TBS, but I made one portion according to direction. That meant I would have plenty left over. I decided to then take my handheld milk frother to it for use in a caramel cafe latte. OMG is froths so nicely! Thick creamy foam, with lovely milk undeneath. Poured it on top of my espresso then drizzled it with Torani Caramel Sauce Mmm! I keep powder milk in my pantry for cooking and baking. I dont drink milk enough to keep it on hand, so I instead just make it as need it. Best thing to do if you are at all like me in this regard. Can make it as rich or as weak as you want. Add more or less water to adjust taste. This is a big container, and will certainly last me awhile. Since I dont use it often or go through it a lot, I am keen on storing it as well as I can, while also keeping in mind convenience. So I took some and placed it in mason jars and vac sealed the lid. I can just grab a jar as needed. Easier than pulling out big container each time and exposing it all to air. Anway, good stuff. Will likely buy again. For stuff like this, price usually drives my decision. This specific one caught my eye because it was on sale, but I have also had similar versions by same company. All good. 5 stars
