I had been taking another brand of an organic, whole food sourced multi-vitamin. Those too were larger pills. I will admit the first time I was going to take one I was anxious-- ok... I was afraid. Then, I was pleasantly surprised at how easily it went down --no problem!. Well I've finished my second bottle of these now... I did think about switching to their other one (4 a day) but after reading reviews and saw where there were allergic reactions to those ingredients, I decided to stay with these since I have numerous allergies and sensitivities,. Decided instead to stay with these and applying the old addage: “If it isn't broken... don't fix it.” As soon as I finish this review, I'll complete my order for another bottle of these vitamins. Anyone whose had a problem swallowing the large natural, orgnic vitamins should give these a try.. Plus, as a bonus... they're a high qualit , organic non-gmo vitamin supplement .

I am sensitive to vitamins, but I can take these in an empty stomach and have no ill affect, no after taste, nothing! I have these on subscription to ensure I do not miss out!

This product is good to use.

Tried these new herbal vitamins and I will never go back to anything else. These vitamins increase my energy, gives you an appetite to eat which I do have a hard time with, and they also reduce stress due to the ashwagandha Herb. Love it! Highly recommend.
