I was in delimma after reading reviews bt i gave a try. As I have already used arch fit shoes before so I know where exactly the arch silicon lies under your feet. This is one of the savoury and best product trust me don't go with reviews. Some points that other people missed that may have gone to negative comments. 1. Dont focus on markings of sole As the size of feet changes so is the arch silicon position. 2. Put the sole under your feet and make sure silicon bump starts right before your heel. Once you put your feet comfortable ways. Take a pen and give markings on sole 3. Now remove the old sole of show you want to replace with. Put that on your new sole and draw a marking all the way around 4. You may need to cutt the sole from heel side as well 5. Make sure you keep it slightly bigger than actual size, if u cut less than actual size chances are it may slip or not stay in your shoe due to gap. 6. Extra material of sole can b adjusted in shoe. Most important thing is wear your shoe and see if the silicon pad is exactly at same position for your feet 7. There you go.. and width is perfect shouldn't be double or more as per reviews. Otherwise it will hurt you. Thank me later 😉

I have placed this insole in my regular casual shoes, by this I have reduced my feet joint pain and I can walk with more comfort and pace. A bit of trimming is required to place n fit in your shoes... but post that its a wonder and magical foot.

Fitting not up to the mark

Previously my legs were paining if i walked longer time ,but using this foot soul its very comfortable.i can walk for 1 hr without any leg pain. Gel cushion works perfectly. Overall value for money

It felt comfortable intially but as I progressed to 1000+ steps it started hurting ... The so called orthopedic gel in the middle is way too thick and it hurts a lot ...i need walk 10k to 11k steps each day and now way this pain could be tolerated ... Since I had to cut the insole to suit my size 9 shoes , I'm not sure if I could return these ....gross waste of money

The product quality is amazing at such a price. These soles were recommended by my dad's orthopaedic doctor as he has flat feet and had pain his knee due to the bad posture of legs caused by the flat foot which changes the angle of the ball and socket joint which erodes the synovial fluid between them. This product is amazing and his pain is gone in a day after wearing it. He says that the cushion along with the gel material is really bouncy and he can walk and run really longer without any foot pain. Also there is no other product which offers such quality in such an affordable price. Kudos to the brand! I wish I could have given more than 5 stars ✌️

Not comfortable

not good at all for me... i wore it for a dy and suffered... it caused soo much pain... it felt like a rock in my shoes... not soft at all... knees also pain... and even back... i had to cut it to fit in shoe... its soo bad for ppl medium foot size... also non returnable... and only 2 sizes are there
