When is this getting delivered, been waiting forever?

If you pre-ordered from Amazon, then not until they actually get it in stock. I'm guessing it's on one of those container ships sitting off the coast of California at the moment. There are 2 other sellers that have some on hand, of which I am one. Sadly, Amazon is behind on many things and so mine are waiting for them to add to my inventory.

Yes it does. The crystals are removable, so when you put them back into the glove, they each make their own sound. When you also move the fingers and make a snapping motion, there is a sound as well.

Are there replacement stones ?

The stones are removeable. The manufacturer didn't state thay they were replaceable.

Do the stones light up on there own

This is not 100% until the product is released, but if you look at the closeups at Hasbro Pulse, they sockets in the glove appear to have LEDs. I wouldn't bet on individually lit gems.
