Does this plump, or is it just a moisturizer? If not, does it actually make your lips look fuller?

It gives lips a wonderfully smooth, supple look. I don't think it really "plumps" per se (I already have very full lips). But I can not recommend this product highly enough for general improvement in texture, moisture and firmness.

Is there any reviews out there by a person 65 or older?

I am 63 and have dry, parched, lips. It is hard to stay hydrated enough to benefit my lips. This product makes my lips feel so good. Is the collagen in this product from a marine or plant source?

Neither. We use Palmitoyl Oligopeptide, Palmitoyl Tetapeptide-7, and Palmitoyl Triepeptide-5 as our collagen peptides which all come from amino acids. Our plant stem cells in this product come from the stems of the "Globularia Cordifolia Callus" flower.
