Do you have to take off both the flint and filler screws to add a new wick?

After thinking about it...it is the screw for the flint that has a brass looking rod that extends from one end of the lighter to the other, solidly attached from tip to bottom holding the flint in place is actually what is holding the bottom part in place; yes, I am pretty sure of that. Good luck!

What type of Lighter fluid do you need?

I used Zippo lighter fluid, but any lighter fluid would work.

Does it finish in cheap feeling?

The finish and machining is shockingly well done. The threads and tolerances are flawless. It also seals well enough to hold lighter fluid for 2 weeks. Where a zippo lasts 4 maybe 5 days. It's really a nice piece

Screw for the fluid will not stay on

As you see from this product I’m disappointed. Took the screw off, filled it with fluid and tried to screw it back on and screw kept falling off, no matter what I do. It’s an utter disappointment.
