Works as Switch Too
Protects my battery wiring for my homemade power box. It works as switch too. Very compact. Had to order socket head cap screws to screw into plywood.

Solid unit!
This is a quality product that has proven true to its rating. Stay away from cheap/overrated Chinese junk when trying to protect your valuable electrical system. Case in point: That dinky little Red Wolf breaker (red and black) claimed to be 300 amps, while it's good for no more than 75A at most. It's also ⅓ the size of the Buss/BlueSea 200A (yellow and black) as you can see, and I'd say only a quarter of the weight. I repurposed the dinky one to handle disconnect duty for my 48V solar panels when the Buss/BlueSea took over the much heavier battery duty. After my educational adventure with chinese BS, I've used only BlueSeas switches, breakers and panels (both DC and 120VAC systems) ever since. They're expensive, but totally worth the safety and avoidance of electrical gremlins!

great brand great product, but...
this is a great quality, reliable product. However, as Ive been running into this more and more, Amazon's quality control needs to do better! Not only did I get a USED product (paid for brand new!) Package was cut and the actual circuit breaker body itself was filed or sanded down down to fit someone else's application. I was really pissed off as I purchased two different ones just in case. Unfortunately for me, the "altered" one was the one I needed. After having to pay return shipping for the other one, I wasn't about to lose another $20 in shipping fees for something that shouldn't have occurred to begin with! Just a heads up to everyone, this has been happening more and more! The inconvenience of having to return certain items needed to complete a time sensitive project for me, outweighed my being pissed off and jumping through hoops to correct this issue. If this is the cost of convenience, maybe hire more PEOPLE to do a automated machine jobs...

Blue sea genuine product It’s really good Save yourself some problems and order this right from the start i had put a cheap one and it was still letting current through when off . The cheap ones will also often only do 50% of what they are rated for so not saving anything by buying cheap products this is the right brand if you want to do it properly.
