NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Total Control Drop Foundation - Vanilla, Beige With Peach Undertones

Okay I’m a dry skin type I’m talking like Sahara desert dry. I also have fungal acne so I was excited to try this and I know it’s a matte finish but wow they weren’t kidding! I tried mixing it with oil and my moisturizer and sunscreen but it just did not work on me. HOWEVER, it is a great foundation I can see why so many people love it! It feels super lightweight and has really good coverage. I just cannot wear it but if you’re oily this would look stunning on you! It’s a great price and great ingredients!

I’ve used this foundation for 2-3 years and I love it. Many other makeups make me breakout but this one doesn’t. I actually breakout more on days I DONT wear this makeup, likely bc I touch my face more. It is very lightweight, pairs well with a powder. It lasts all day. I get a bit greasy towards the end of the day and dabbing it can remove some of it, but minimal. I have acne and scarring so I need good coverage that isn’t obnoxious and this does it after trying many different kinds. It also doesn’t help that I am a ginger with very light skin and freckles, but this coats my skin evenly and covers up well without looking like I’m covering up. My husband has assumed several times that I am not wearing makeup when I have this foundation on. It’s also noncomedogenic and vegan last I checked the formula. Ulta sells this for $15 so amazon is a better deal.

Bought this on recommendation from a YouTuber. I've always been pretty bad at picking a color match for foundation but this line makes so many colors it's hard to screw that up! It's kind of a thin formula, but the dropper bottle style kinda lends itself to that. It's very buildable coverage, a thin layer with a wet beauty blender looks like bb cream, all the way up to Kardashian-level full coverage. So that being said, you gotta be careful when beating your face to not add too much if that's not the look you're going for. Overall a nice product - and the one I got was legit (I can't speak for other's experiences with fakes)

Was much lighter than I expected. Very drying, flaked off after an hour and was very annoying.

I would like to say that I already knew it was the color I wanted because I tested it at my local Ulta but they were out of stock. Thus, I ordered it here upon coming home. I would also like to note that I don't wear makeup every day. I usually go without makeup except when going out for the evening, so all day coverage isn't something I'd be an expert on. As for ease in application and the feel, I'm very picky about how foundation feels. It must feel like nothing or else I'll end up washing it off within minutes of application. I have sensitive skin too and no problems there. Nyx has a foundation brush for a reasonable price that makes application even easier, more flawless, but even without it, this goes on very easily.

Easy to match to skin tone and fantastic range of colors. I'm pale and every drugstore brand I've tried (and it's a lot) was too tan, too pink, too yellow, etc. If I did find something that worked for color it turned muddy or cracked instantly. I had honestly given up on finding a foundation and just ordered it out of covid boredom. It is perfect. At 30 years old i finally found a brand of foundation that matches, isn't gross looking even from close up, and doesn't force me to wear blush to not look like a ghost.

I guess this is r Amazon's fault but the product is terrible. It was almost empty , wasn't filled up like it should have been ,and it felt like water on my face. It's NOT blendable at all I looked super caked and it was patchy. It got super oily after a few hours and I've never had that issue before. If u have normal skin and some acne ,don't buy this. It really made my acne that more noticeable :/

Demasiado clara pero buena cobertura

Lässt sich gut auftragen und hält lange. Die Deckkraft der Farbe ist klasse. Werde ich wieder kaufen.

Ce fond de teint à bien couvert mes cicatrices d'acnés, la couleur allait bien avec mon teint clair. Je dirais juste que le prix est un peu cher pour seulement 15 ml de produit. Par contre j'adore le packaging avec la pipette qui est très pratique.

Erst die falsche Farbe bekommen und erst nach dem Öffnen gemerkt, da ich aussah wie ein Vampir. Ok soweit so gut. Abdeckung super. Aber setzt sich unvorteilhaft in den Poren ab, wenn man nicht sehr aufpasst sieht das schnell echt hässlich aus.

I bought this product as it was water based and I thought it would not dry out my skin however, as soon as I put it on my skin looks uneven, dry and flakey. I’ve tried a total of three times genuinely thinking that maybe I just needed to moisturise better first but every time the same result. I had such high hopes for this product and feel really disappointed I can honestly say it’s the worst foundation I’ve ever bought.
