6 month shelf life Review: One of the best online cookies I've ever ordered . . . but not exactly "cookies" - These are soft almond paste (tasting) cookies covered in "chocolate" on four sides, just like the picture. The individual packing and little trays keep them fresh and intact through shipping, and they allow you to eat them three at a time, and not make yourself sick sucking down the whole package at once, and I might have done. Okay, that's the good stuff. The bad stuff is listed on the side of the package, a rather depressing series of chemicals and artificial flavors. I said almond paste "tasting" for a reason, because almonds are not one of the ingredients (they do admit that). Neither is chocolate, really, just cocoa mixed with margarine made from palm oil. Is that allowed to be called "chocolate"? Isn't "chocolatety" the appropriate word when there's zero cocoa butter in the coating? And the raspberry jelly between the layers? Uh . . . nope, not a raspberry to be found on the ingredients list. So, how can it be called "raspberry jelly" rather than "artificial raspberry flavored goo"? What we have here tastes like a real rainbow cookie you might find in a bakery, but it's actually a chemical factory product. If you can live with that, they do taste good. Review: Taste amazing and better than ones you can find elsewhere (and that's assuming you can find a bakery that has rainbow cookies) - I grew up on Long Island and have been eating rainbow cookies (from King Kullen) since I was about 2 years old. Since moving away from Long Island many years ago, I've always missed these cookies. I came upon these though and they are exactly like the King Kullen ones that I grew up on. Five stars all the way. Price might seem expensive but they are totally worth it. And its nice having them in individual packs (3 per pack) to keep portion control in check.

Italian Three layer Cake Bites
I have had a issue with getting the Italian Pastry and the Desert since I’ve moved to NC; and I am originally from NJ and I was always near a Italian Bakery There But In NC I have found it difficult to find the Italian pastry and deserts so I have had to order them online ?!? I am very pleased with the quality and the price of this Traditional Italian Desert
