This is a nice dust extractor! Its well made and the quality is evident when you feel the weight and see the illuminated control buttons. I bought a 5 in 1 nail machine first but it was too high and I found it uncomfortable to use. It also broke after 3 days. Amazon was amazing and refunded all my payment because the other company wasn't willing to replace my unit. I'm a nail Technician so I must be comfortably positioned as I work. This dust catcher has a nice tapered edge to rest my wrist on and it has powerful suction. The noise is what Id expect for a good fan. It has speeds and its powerful enough to pull in alot of dust. Its great to be able to clear the dust from the filter between clients. All in all a very good purchase at a reasonable price
